A Cozy Bedroom Retreat with a Custom Oversized Bed

The Vision

The goal was to create a warm, inviting bedroom with a huge, comfortable bed as the centerpiece. But we wanted that luxurious feel without spending a fortune on a custom bed.

The Creative Solution

We found a clever way to make it happen! By combining two full-size beds, separate bed frames, and one oversized headboard, we created a beautiful 108-inch-wide bed with a custom look at a much more affordable price.

The Design Details

To make the room feel extra cozy, we added a deep green accent wall with decorative panel molding. I provided detailed measurements, panel spacing, and paint recommendations so the contractor could easily bring the idea to life.

And since the bedroom had plenty of space, we created a lovely seating area with comfortable chairs and artwork—a perfect little spot to relax.
