A Cozy & Stylish Rental Apartment Living Room

The goal of this project was to transform a rental apartment living room into a warm, inviting space that feels like home. The client already had a sofa they wanted to keep, so we built the design around this existing piece, creating a fresh, cohesive look without major renovations or permanent changes.

We combined soft neutral tones, warm wood finishes, and layered textures to bring depth and character to the room. Carefully selected accent furniture, lighting, artwork, and decorative accessories complement the existing sofa while adding personality and warmth.

Every element was thoughtfully chosen to balance style, comfort, and functionality. The result is a cozy, welcoming living room that feels complete and personal, showing how much you can transform a rental space by working with what you already have and adding the right finishing touches.
